Solid-Surface Indoor Floors

Sport Court™ has gymnasium flooring ranging from Defense for professional roller hockey associations to Maple Select, a high-gloss, plank-simulated modular floor that rivals the look and performance of real wood. Here are some photos of our past indoor, Solid-surface Gymnasium Floors.
Outdoor "Perforated" Floors

Most people think of gym floors as having a "solid surface" on the top. SportGames™ realizes that not all applications are the same. There are many advantages to using our outdoor floor modules for your indoor project.
These advantages include:
These advantages include:
- Indoor facilities with high levels of reverberated sound (you know....that situation whereby it's almost impossible to hear each other when balls are bouncing or kids are playing!) are perfect candidates for our PowerGame, SportGame, or several other types of outdoor tile. That's because up to 30%, or more, of that sound can be absorbed through the surface and trapped below.
- Solid surfaces require dust or wet mopping on a regular basis to keep them from becoming slippery or dirty. With an outdoor surface, regular play causes the dirt to be pushed down below, keeping traction at an optimum level. A common concern is that the dust particles will get trapped below and build up rapidly. Experience has shown that this takes an incredibly long time to occur. A strong shop vacuum will be able to pull up larger dirt deposits that may get under the floor. Because the flooring is never glued or attached to the concrete or subfloor, a detailed cleaning is simply a matter of "unzipping" the tiles in sections and removing all accumulations about once every decade....depending upon use.
- Many times the cost of an outdoor tile will be less because there may be less actual product because of it's design. We will always be glad to give you the cost comparisons between any of our flooring options.
